BMMI has been part of my life since it was founded in 1974 by my father, Phil Myers. In 1993 I started at BMMI at a remedial position. The machining trade has always fascinated me. So; after graduating college, I was hired as a laborer. As time passed, I became a machinist. CNC Equipment has been part of my life for the last seventeen years. In 2003 I moved into a managerial position. In 2007 I was offered the opportunity to become one of the owners here at BMMI. I value BMMI and my position in it. It's my life.

Back in 1993 right out of High School I applied for a position as a stock cutter here at BMMI. Over the years I became interested in the Manufacturing process. In the mid 90's I applied for a position in our Purchasing department. I realized after meeting with several sales agents; that I had what it would take to sell our services to other industries. In 2000 I became a sales manager for BMMI. That's when I really started to delve deep and learn all aspects of our company. In 2007 I was given the opportunity to become an owner of BMMI. I have been part of this company for almost half my life and I literally worked my way through this company, to where I am now.
